Dorian is a career public servant, having led muncipal organizations in Western Canada of all sizes, serving as General Manager or Deputy City Manager in 3 of the 4 largest cities in Alberta & Saskatchewan. Dorian has a passion for helping organizations reach higher performance, and the Municipal Leaders Group is a natural extension of that. For more than 20 years, Mark was a leader in the Canadian Army. He served in across the country in various command positions including Commanding Officer of 1 Combat Engineer Regiment in Edmonton. In 2012, Mark was selected as the CEO of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Albert and given the mandate to lead its transformation. He is an active volunteer in the community especially with the Telus World of Science Edmonton. Mark believes all leaders want to succeed and that he can help them on that journey.
